Her lips were drawn in a smile that reached right up to her powder blue eyes and left them giggling and grinning even after the beam had left her lips. And beam was the perfect word to describe her smile, to describe almost her whole face- it radiated a glow, assisted by the flush of rosy red on her cheeks, that made her look like a ray of sunlight captured on human skin, constantly bright, constantly beaming. 

Everything on her face hinted that she might smile soon, or that she was smiling internally. The crinkles around her eyes, hidden under dark lashes, the tilt of her lips at their corners. When she smiled, she appeared to smile with her entire face, her cheeks rising, her eyes glinting, her mouth open to reveal sugar-cube teeth, even her nose getting in on the action and tweaking up adorably. It was like looking at the sun, but better, because you weren’t forced to look away too soon and you could take all the time you needed to focus wholly on every gorgeous space.♡

i struggle with this a lot and ive found a good way to get some more protein into my diet (it fills you up more) is to put nuts on things. slivered almonds on blueberry yogurt make a good snack or breakfast! also stir frys are amazing and pretty easy

Im gonna try that out tomorrow for breakfast😋
