And without further ado, lets begin:
[PROCESS UNDERCUT]
To be real the existence of this composition had existed long before I knew that the zine would be a thing, finally having the skills and motivation to pull off such a challenging idea.
I was inspired mainly by the robot girls from the I Can Friday by Day! animation short made by Kazuya Tsurumaki (director) and Hajime Ueda (writer). Other inspirations being the conveyor belt scenes from Pastel Palette 'Mou Ichidou Luminous' MV for the slime clones processing line as well as compositions from the Where's Waldo books.
For such an intensely detailed composition, the industrial components in the background were essential in both guiding the viewer as well as implying that sense of perspective within the environment.
Hierarchy is further enhanced through values and intentional colour coding.
MAP OF SCARLAND I made for the @scarland-artbook !
Huge thankyous to the artists in Architecture and Landscaping for letting use their wonderful designs of Scar’s amazing builds! I loved reading all the little notes and gander at all the tiniest of Jellie’s and details [all on which you can see for yourself for FREE in the full Artbook!] — biggest of shoutouts to the mod team for organising and still organising (much to do) plz give everyone and their hardwork some love <3

Diary entries documenting the final night of me working on the map amidst the Decked Out 2 crossover fixation
Try my hand at colouring a build for once- I seldom do it both lineart and colours take too long . Experimentation on creating depth by shadow.
Other than the actual mc build itself, structure inspired by Adamo-Faiden architecture, particularly Bonpland 2169 andddd their collaboration with CHAMBER OHiggins 1625
Trying to get more familiar with asian architecture I don’t know much abt it. Not to be confused with Etho’s way of build, both types still exist today - they just are made for different places, styles, and purposes.
Wwww personally Joel’s looks more like a store in town that ur rveryday house. Up be the towns and detail I was inspired by
