TONIGHT! I Like Your Glasses Too: One Hot Summer with CoverSpy and Alikewise

Doors at 7PM at Housing Works Bookstore Café (126 Crosby Street between Houston and Prince, New York). Get there early because the first fifty get a free drink; Sixpoint beer is only $3 a cup after that thanks to a generous donation from Sixpoint Craft Ales. All proceeds will benefit Housing Works in their continued efforts to fight AIDS and homelessness.

Then stick around for giveaways from Tumblr #Lit and a summer-themed reading from some of our favorite fellow Tumblrs: Emily Gould, author of And the Heart Says Whatever and Things I Ate That I Love, Maris Kreizman of Slaughterhouse 90210, and Dan Wilbur of Better Book Titles.

THEN head over to the after-party at Botanica Bar (around the corner on Houston between Mulberry and Mott), where you can buy a dark & stormy (soooo good and gingery at Botanica) for that Michael Chabon reader in the tortoiseshells. Drinks will be $1 off all night with a booktag from the event!
