i am 124 pages into shadow and bone (reaction thread here if you’d like) and this is my formal proposition to the shadow and bone community that the pairing Genya/Alina be named Alinya bcs it’s clearly the prettier option

me: *reads the scene with tolya and alina in the library*

me: *thinks about how zoya and nadia grew up together and how nadia probably had a crush on zoya*

"So, Sticks." The jackass leers, and Alina feels her eyelid twitch. “Tell me. How’s a scrawny thing like you get a piece like that?”

He nods at Genya, and Alina feels herself go cold. And then she has to shake that off, because Mal is lunging at the douche, and any fight he gets into, she’s morally obligated to follow. She’s opens her mouth to sneer something cutting back at the dick, but Genya is already speaking, a small frown on her face.

"Who are you, again?"

Alina doesn’t bother to swallow her laughter at the way the guy abruptly deflates.

When all his hair falls out over the next week and he’s left with an ugly looking scalp rash, she tugs her girlfriend to her and steals a quick kiss.

"I’m sure that was completely illegal, you know."

Genya looks pleased, although if it’s with herself, or being kissed, it’s difficult to say. “I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

Idek what the point of this picture is. They're not doing anything couple-y. They're not standing anywhere near each other. All they are doing is being in their wedding outfits.

On that note, here's a random fact:

Faile finds those sorts of suits with the rolled up sleeves super sexy.(; Only not on Myron. He doesn't quite manage sexy. 

You guys would not believe how long this ended up taking me. IT TOOK FOREVER. MOSTLY BECAUSE OF THAT EVIL DRESS.

But yeah, drawing. It's done. 

Holy jesus they both have super long legs. But it's more noticeable on Myron since he's not wearing an evil dress.
