AND I LITERALLY HAD THIS BACKSTORY FOR THE COUPLE OF CARDS AU. Wednesday gets herself kidnapped by her professor (suspected serial killer) ON PURPOSE. Reader is supposed to come help rescue her with authority in tow. HELLO?!

Farewell, adieu!

The recent Jenna news kind of made me realize I've run out of steam writing for her. The hype has kind of died down internally and externally, the fandom space seems (more) insufferable with an appetite for destruction and drama, my interests are somewhere else, I've grown out and into different things and I think I'm a little... unsure about whether or not I can back Jenna on the road she's going. Mind you I know she cares not, but it tacks on atop the fatigue and burnout of writing for her characters. Haven't resonated with her performance or her characters for a hot second now. Just what it is, I reckon.

I'm going off to greener pastures, enjoying fresher blood and will simply let these fics up for those who are inclined to read fine literature once in a while. Those who are inclined to reminisce are also welcomed to, as well.

I appreciate all the darlings that have read my humble pieces, and those who have entertained my anon inbox for so long. What a lovely time it's been, thank you so much.

#NoSamNoScream & #IStandWithMelissa Barrera

Melissa Barrera has some big cojones and I cannot stress to you how proud I feel about her. I am so angry this had to be this way, and I will be angry for a while (and it's valid to be). But I am happy to know she stood her ground and didn't treat her support like a trend. She put her money where her mouth is and sacrificed upcoming projects in the face of possible blacklisting -- as a Latina woman in Hollywood this is a HUGE DEAL.

Above all, I need to remind everyone that this isn't just about Melissa Barrera and her possible blacklisting. This is setting a horrifying precedent for many actors and workers in Hollywood as a whole, a silent threat that will loom atop of them during the entire conflict and it's something we must fight. Their public support means their livelihood will be jeopardized and their reputation will be destroyed if they see fit by the media. However, I don't think they expected the responses the audience has given, even the casual Scream viewers showed up on twitter to talk about it. This isn't something they are gonna live down and we must NOT LET THEM.

They are already starting to paint her as the villain, but she will not be. We know what is happening and what this represents and we better keep shaking the table. Keep talking about it, keep putting pressure on the topic, for Melissa and god knows how many other actors being quietly blacklisted.

We are not fools, but we must SCREAM.

Wednesday OC idea

I want to have a Wednesday (the 2022 Series, d'uh) original character but like not for the purpose of her being anyone's OTP or anything, just because I could create such a chaotic little creature to fit the universe.

She would be partially morbid and grotesque like Wednesday but like way more hyped up, like climbing on everything tall kind of hyped up. She's the kind of delinquent type to just trespass, be in high forbidden places, piss off the teachers for kicks and get in trouble. Definitely has that bad rocker chick look and its present in the way she violates the dress code as many times as possible.

Ironically, she would have a love-hate relationship with Wednesday. They would definitely be on each other's tails a lot, but that's part of the fun.

She wouldn't be suuuper into Enid at first, but then would be like "she's my annoyingly rainbow puppy and I will protect."

If I could draw I would do it so badly.
