Since season two is clearly the bridge to season three, maybe there are details in the script that would say too much. That's just my interpretation though.

"All is Possible" Star Trek Discovery, season 4, is the most Star Trek of episodes.

the soundtrack is fantastic

political maneuvers force our hero (Michael Burnham) to do something she doesn't want to do, but she does it very well.

at the end mutual respect is achieved (or at least, progress is made)

talking about grief

mutual support

best friends discussing their lives and where they're going

introspection

All of these things happen on Voyager, on TNG, on DS9...and they're some of my favorite little pieces of Star Trek.

It's such a fun episode. Discovery season 4 deserves so much more love than it gets.

(also it's pretty flirty for my OTP, which helps).

And TILLY. It's such a lovely character study for Tilly.
