Loaded Questions. Eric Poses via All Things Equal. 1996.
Sometimes, people can surprise you. Sometimes, people you thought you knew really well can throw you for a loop! The game of Loaded Questions is one of those times. Loaded questions was created by Eric Poses in 1996. It's published by All Things Equal. Complete with cards asking every question you never thought you wanted to know about your friends, Loaded Questions is like having telepathy for a little while. Deep secrets, hidden motivations, terrible pasts; everything comes to light during the course of the game. "What is the item in your home that you are most embarrassed to own?" "What religion do you find to be the most far fetched?" "If you could be a nationality different than your own, what would it be and why?" These are just some of the questions that you can answer. And then the player whose turn it is has to match the answers with the player who said them. For every match, the guesser gets to advance an additional space. On "Reversal" squares, the other players have to try to correctly guess the current player's answer to move ahead two spaces. On the final (winning) square, you have to successfully match each and every answer to the person who said it. It's a game of knowing yourself and the people around you. Think you know your friends pretty well? You might be shocked.
Et Tu Brute - All Things Equal
And this is what scares me: It's more than just comfort to me, Or how your hand fits in mine so perfectly. It's the sensation of butterflies. And my heart beats faster than their wings do. I am not one person; I am torn. But I'll give in if you give in. All I've ever wanted is to be loved. To have another to have and to hold. This is not where I wanted to fall. Will I ever make it right? Take it. leave it. throw it all away. Just lead me with your stare. I'd follow you anywhere. Lights out. Hold tight. To have and to hold.
