Blending up my choice of subjects to see, I'm happy to look out the window and see rain bathe the trees. The leaves sway, crying away rain drops. The bark still looks cold and hard, but I know it's shivering from being rained on. I feel goosebumps comb my arm hairs like sound vibration moves under the still puddles. The darkness, at this time of day, is the color stained under my pale and water proof skin. I feel how the tree looks and just like that, I feel all the melancholy that went on in my life- the giving of it, the receiving of it, the existence of it in between, and the predicted visitation of it. Blending my choice of things to hear, I listen to music to focus my thoughts. I make it loud enough to still hear the rain fall, the wind blow, and the leaves shake like they are burning under their coat of water. Suddenly, with widen eyes and unfocused thoughts... I want a cigarette. I want to feel how the tree feels, but I think I already am because I think I am the tree. I feel the seed of greens in me and I just go with it because it's apart of me. The thing is, in
reality, the tree needs the rain. In my reality, I don't, but in my heart's reality, I know I do.
