i take iron supplements daily but i never thought to boost my iron intake while pmsing, makes sense. i’m having turkey and squash for dinner i hope it helps. thanks!

pet genders matter but only for one animal (such as your own dog,) when talking about animals in general use masculine. Le/la/les can be it but only as an object like "I have it," «je l'ai» otherwise use il/elle like "it is red" «Elle est rouge.»

okay so like specific animals it matters? like if i’m just generally talking about dogs i just say it masculine but if i speak of my friends female dog i use feminine, right? and okay that makes sense. so like even if i’m decribing and object like if i’m discussing let’s say a ball i saw and i state i saw it and continued to describe it in a second sentence would i still use ‘il’?
