Our last dinner in Milano - at Il Treno as always. The food is always better than we remember (no mean trick - we have high expectations!), the prices are low, the food is Slow, and G man's the front of the house with passion. An *excellent* close out to this trip!

Sangre di Toro beans - with cumin & turmeric - on spinach and conchiglie. It's unctuous, and #WhatsForLunch

Scallops on wilted greens and strozzapretti. It's #WhatsForDinner when you really don't feel like cooking 🙌 (And yes,with more of the excellent Tedorigawa sake. #LifeIsGood indeed!)
