Hello my darlings! I'm sorry it's been forever since I updated. I've still been going but I'm too busy to keep updating ^^;. The last two weeks I've been taking a break from the gym. My aunt and uncle from Hong Kong are here on a visit and @tylar_is_best_girl is having a week break from school so I'm spending as much time with them as I can. Today he and I went hard for an hour at the gym. It went from Upper body to a full body day. He wanted to upper body so naturally it turned into a full body day because I wanted to do legs as well :P Unfortunately I seem to have put back on a little body fat TT__TT. In the coming weeks I will be more strict with the fuel I choose to give my body. I'm trying a new protein from #musclepharm Cookies and Cream flavour. I got it at Costco along with some C4 Pre workout. I like the protein so far it's very creamy with milk and I'm going to try mixing it with some oatmeal for a nutrient packed breakfast :D. I've only had the C4 once and I can tell you not thing for sure. I enjoy the taste and I didn't get jittery from it. The prices on both were cheaper than most places with those amounts so I'm def going to repurchase :D. Hello darlings, I'm having a rest day today so here is a selfie from yesterday's jam session :3. I've been finger wagged at by friends to make sure not I'm not over training with the same method I #encouRAGE them to eat breakfast lol #practicewhatyoupreach. Yesterday at the gym my training advice was snubbed in favour of bodybuilding.com. I merely said that when you do a barbell upright row there's no need to bring your elbows past your shoulders because it increases your risk of injury. But if he'd rather listen to a website vs a person I'd rather not be responsible for someone like that anyway lol. #notmyproblem Yesterday I was messing around & trying some of Zarya's victory poses and I'm not going to lie I WUB how my arms are starting to look :3. Just because I'm a Gremlin D.va and smol fluffy potato that won't stop me from training like Zarya. Hello darlings!! I'm SO sorry I haven't been posting any updates. I've just been very busy with life. I HAVE been chasing gains at the jam still so don't hate me >.<. I'm still all about that #gaintrain and I'm still a #gluttonforpunishment. Although I shouldn't neglect my foam rolling and stretching as I have been XC. #Bignono. I HAD a photo for my regular side profile, but like the dodo that I AM I deleted it by accident TT__TT. I've been diligently attending No Sweat classes with Sue at the rec center. Doing my best to amp up that muscle endurance and tone because I want dem #muscledimples >:D. Sue said it looks "like you've lost weight." Normally I wouldn't really care about weight loss, but she said this to me while I was sitting down in class so I assume she was talking about me losing weight in mah face. So my reaction: OMGLOB YASH! :D. Hello darlings. My apologies for being unable to post earlier in the day. I'll try my best to post more often. It felt like a weird day today. I wasn't super into it. However I did try my best at the gym. I mainly focused on learning Love Live Dance covers. I learnt a bit of a new song and practiced 2 songs that I already knew. In hindsight I should've asked the ladies if they wanted to keep the set list under wraps and on the DL >.<. I will work as hard as I can so that we will have successful stages and performances. I definitely have to jack up my cardio ^^;. Also remembering to smile. It's hard to practice anything to the point where you don't have to think about it and you just smile while you're doing it. Hello my darlings!! I was at the gym earlier today however I probably should have taken a rest day. I still did some light weights and cardio though it was enjoyable. I was more focused on helping Tyler with some training and form. Especially with AMPING IT UP and GOING HAM >:D. #allboardthegaintrain #goHAM I didn't manage to get any photos from this morning so this layout is from yesterday with bestie @tall_white89 :3. We went from about 6-7pm to about closing which was 10pm lol. Then took her doggo out for a short walk. I was doing more dance practice while at the gym. Some betas were hogging the barbells so I couldn't do my stability ball weighted hip bridges >:C. They would do a set then pull out their phones for like 5 mins or something. #betasaretheworst.
