PSA: You can allergic to certain ingredients of your mineral or vitamin supplements. Better choose ones with minimum ingredients and ones that are least sus; liquid supples are quite a good solution ;) but you have to mind they often contain oils

You are ruining my life.
My allergies are acting up again. This morning my face started to swell up, the skin around my eyes. It itched so bad and was turning red! I went to medical and they prescribed me a medication that is in the Benadryl family group. My hubby took me to the pharmacy to pick it up and I had to walk all the way back to the building I worked in because my hubby had to be somewhere shortly after he dropped me off. Then I went to chow. After I got back from chow, my Sgt said that face looked worse than it did before. I told him that I couldn't take my medication until after work cause it'll make me drowsy, just like Benadryl would. So he let me off work and told me to take my medication. So when I got to my room, I took a pill and passed out. I got woken up by a call from my hubby about three and a half hours later. I went to the bathroom and my face was still swollen. So the medicine didn't work. I asked my hubby if I could take Claritin along with my prescribed medicine. He told me no! Not because of all the clashing of medicines but the fact that I won't take the Claritin for a long period of time; I would take it and then stop after my allergies got better. It was frustrating because he said I couldn't buy it over the counter but I had to get it from medical, which is understandable because medical is free and buying over the counter is not. My problem is, I hate going to medical, so I'm just gonna deal with the swelling and itchiness and sneak my way to the PX to get some Claritin when my hubby is not around! ;)
