Pumpkin Bread 🍞 (or better named- life is gourd bread 😂)

Ingredients:

1. 1 1/2 cups flour

2. 1/2 cup sugar

3. 1/2 cup light brown sugar

4. 1/4 cup apple sauce

5. 2 tsp baking powder

6. 1 tsp baking soda

7. 1 tsp cinnamon

8. 1/8 tsp nutmeg

9. 1 tbs vanilla extract

10. 1/2 cup oat milk

11. 1/3 cup margarine

12. 15 oz can of pumpkin purée

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan.

2. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and brown sugar. Whisk together.

3. Add pumpkin purée, margarine, oat milk, vanilla, and apple sauce. Whisk until smooth. Then pour into the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
