I only just found our that I'm allergic to grass??? I thought people's legs just turned red and got numb after a while and that was just normal??? Why tf I thought that was normal idk but I did cause I'm a dumbass. No wonder I never expose my skin while outside. . . always thought thay was just cause I hated the sunlight

Today was hard. But we’ll take the good with the bad, per usual, as that seems to be how life gives it to us. Both of the littlest boys had appts with the allergist this morning. We were there for over 2 hours, and I cannot thank my mom enough for going with us and helping out (and for breakfast too!!).❤️ The good news is FINN HAS ZERO ALLERGIES to the top 8 plus blueberries, cats, dogs, mold, and dust mites !!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼👏🏼 He may have some intolerances we’ll still need to work through. And, as always, a physical reaction to something trumps any test results so we’ll still be cautious. But she said FEED THE BOY! As if his almost 20 lb self really needs to eat more than he already does... 😄🤣 we will do some labs including a RAST test and redraw his galactose just in case, but he should be golden!!👌🏼🤗 Now for the bad news... Cash still has a milk allergy. 😒😔 while his reaction wasn’t bigger than the (+) control this time, he still lit it up pretty big. He was tested for all the environmental allergens for the first time today and he is also allergic to trees and weeds. ☹️ Cash has also had reactions to mangoes and pistachios, but those are not an allergen they can confirm via skin testing at this time so he’ll also have some labs done and we’ll continue to avoid those as well. Dr. Isbister said mango is becoming quite the popular allergy so she was reminded today to call the manufacturer of their allergen histamines and see if that’s one available for skin testing now. Interesting to me. We don’t eat a lot of mangoes but 2 juices and a @silk Soy yogurt have caused reactions for him. 👎🏼 Both boys will continue their allergy meds and we will work hard to get Finn’s skin cleared up and we’ll continue living the #allergylife for now. And Brent and Cash will continue dreaming about milkshakes and our milk & cookies party we’ll have when he finally outgrows this. But this mama sure is excited to add some dairy back into her diet! I need an ice cream date ASAP!! Thanks to those who reached out today to check in on the boys. I was hoping to get this posted earlier to update everyone but I’m exhausted. I hate summer and spring because of allergies ): so far, neither my allergy spray or Benadryl have worked so, maybe a baby coma will help me feel better
