Day7: How you came across tumblr and how has your life changed since joining.

I was in a very dark place and was simply looking for an outlet. I recognized one day I didnt confide in anyone in my personal life to talk about how I REALLY felt about anything. I've bottled my emotions for years and years and never really considered how it was hurting me to be so alone and withdrawn and quiet. I finally just started googling blog platforms to just type whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted to absolutely nobody so I could at least start SAYING something and out of all the platforms, I just chose tumblr cause it seemed the most casual and I could also look at memes, anime and other misc interests, maybe even find some new ones.

Since joining, I dont think I've been overly open about anything but it does feel really good to have somewhere I can just type out nonsense and not worry about being judged by close friends or family. Idk that I've improved any, but it's a comfort nonetheless.
