9/8/2012 (10 AM): Meet at SFS/ Group A vs Group B
9/15/2012 (10 AM): Meet at ICS/ Group A
9/22/2012 (10 AM): Meet at SIS/ Group A vs Group C
9/26/2012 (3.30 PM): Meet at SAHS/ Group A vs Group B
10/10/2012 (3.30 PM): Meet at SFS/ Group A vs Group C
10/13/2012 (10 AM): Meet at TCIS/ Group A
10/19/2012: Meet at Guam/ APAC
10/27/2012 (10 AM): Meet at SAHS/ KAIAC
How to prepare for your RACE:
Day before:
Easy jog, lots of streching
Lots of water (pee clear, no fear!)
Carbohydrates for dinner (eg Pasta!)
A good night's sleep
Day of:
Eat breakfast (or lunch) about 3 hours before you race- fruit, yogurt, bread, cereal, etc
From the moment you waker up until about 20 ins before your race, DRINK WATER!
Be at the bus on time
After the race, start getting re-hydrated as quickly as possible (eg Powerade)
What to bring:
Two water bottles
Running shoes
Uniform
Warm Ups (optional)
Clothes to change into after race
Money for lunch/dinner
