Do you bring her to work every day? So fun!
not every day! but once in a while (every couple of weeks?) my office doesn't mind since she spends pretty much the whole day in my lap or in the bed next to my desk.
she's so mellow, she rarely barks or does anything to draw attention to herself. sometimes they don't notice her for the entire day unless they come over to my desk!

How long have you been bringing stuff to the gym staff? What made you start?
snapthistiger: i've been bringing stuff for more than 10 years.
i got the idea from my Dad. my Dad worked 2 jobs. At his first job, he was gone from home for 7 days and then back at home for 7 days. his second job was doing car repair work at my uncle’s shop and i would go with him to the car repair shop in the summer. when he would run errands doing his own business or car repair business stuff, he would bring candy to the people at the bank and the people at the post office and probably other places. just me watching my Dad and how it helps someone have a bright spot in their day when they received something as simple as a little candy. so about 10 years ago, i started bringing candy to the kiosk girls at the gym. i saw them almost every day and they have to deal with the public and such, so i decided to brighten their day.
As predicted, it rained a bit this afternoon. And the temperature plummeted from a pleasant 65 to a cold and windy 29 degrees. So 4 boring miles on the treadmill happened. Now, I bake bread. Because I sort of offered Allie I would mail her some.

You should go! You can benefit from what he teaches too.
Naw. I mean I'm sure I could learn a million and one things from him, but I'm so new to this it would be a bit ridiculous for me to go. If I felt like I had a good grasp of the basics maybe I would, but right now it would just be embarrassing because everyone there is going to be way more advanced.

That’s awesome. Is there some limit on who gets to go?
Nope. I definitely could have signed up I just feel that it would be a waste of a spot. I'm such a beginner so someone else would benefit way more from it.
Two weeks!
In two weeks I’ll be embarking on an epic weekend in NYC with some lovely ladies from tumblr! I’m so freaking excited. I can’t wait!! It’s all I can think about.
