facts! like yeah, he fucked up but everyone is growing that’s the whole ass point??? you can see how much shame amenadiel felt when marcus was ~calling him out~ because he’s not that person anymore?? HELLO??? like.... yes, his reasoning is still misguided (and in a way that hurts lucifer, which is unfair - but i think it’s on purpose) but it comes from a place of good. he wants to pass his test and he wants to protect lucifer bc he loves him. one thing doesn’t cancel the other. and i am 100% certain that he is right about marcus using lucifer. marcus is a bad dude. at the end of the day, amenadiel matters and marcus really does not.
