Hey there!! I'm sorry for the bother, but would you happen to know of moments when magic/the link between us and the Astral plane is inherently weaker? Like phases of the moon or times of the month/year, etc.?

All of the sources I have found say that there are very few factors that cause the link to be weaker but none of the reasons are magically influenced. The most common two are temperature (too hot too cold etc) or lack of sleep. However, the sources did say that the best time of the day to astral travel is after you wake up in the morning, I hope this helped! -Oli
