What's this grey fic I'm hearing so much about? 👀

Grey is a fanfic published on dreamwidth by the wonderful author allofuswithwings. The rating is 18+ .... The first chapter was released in 2009 (!) and the last update happened yesterday. 🥳

Summary:

Isolation and escape from the bustle of the modern world can make you see your life from a different perspective, as well as the people that are in it. Dom takes a holiday on a remote tropical island, and is surprised to find Matt there, also suffering from similar problems as himself. Together they examine the issues in their own and each other’s lives, and discover that perhaps they didn’t know themselves quite as well as they’d thought. A strange, complex atmosphere begins to develop between the two of them, and they wonder why being in this place has such a profound effect on them. But perhaps it is not the island that is the cause, but something much more important…
