If you think about it though Clara was an ordinary person who became extraordinary. She chose to become "the impossible girl" to save the doctor. I do know what you mean though xxx

i can see where you're coming from... but the trouble with clara is that basically the only reason the doctor found her was because of the other two echoes... she had this big premise surrounding her because of the whole impossible girl shit hanging over her. i feel the doctor only really found her because she was impossible. like dear god i love amy and she proved herself, b ut the reason he took her with him was because her life didn't make sense and the cracks in her walls - and because he owed her. i just feel it should be about proving your place on the tardis, not just getting a seat because you're impossible or something
