Who can live without Pinterest?

If you use colours or create anything, that is. It is what I use for work, couldn’t do without. This year I also used it to design the allotment colour scheme. I found the Pantone release for 2017 from the Pinterest. Then I looked up the mood boards for these colours, again from the Pinterest. Then I matched the mood boards to flower arrangements, of course from the Pinterest. After that it was easier to choose the flower seeds, bulbs and tubers. And feel inspired!

Miten kukaan voi elää ilman Pinterestiä?

Siis jos käytät värejä tai teet mitä tahansa luovaa hommaa. Se on niin tärkeä työväline työssäni, etten osaisi olla ilman. Tänä vuonna käytin sitä myös apuvälineenä palstan värisuunnittelussa. Etsin Pinterestistä Pantone 2017 värikartat. Seuraavaksi etsin valitsemillani väreillä tehtyjä kuvakollaaseja (mood boards), tietenkin Pinterestistä. Sitten ei tarvinnut muuta kuin etsiä kuvakollaaseja vastaavia kukkakimppuja. Tämän jälkeen oli paljon helpompaa valita kukkien siemenet, sipulit ja mukulat. Ja olla inspiroitunut!
