Reminders to change the things in me that need changing. Not to just write and rhyme about it also enforce and be about it. The habits that we have that do not serve us we need to change NOW. End the cycles that rob us of our perpetual energy and motion, inhibit us from being more and recieving more and ultimately lead us to death in mire ways than one.
