Your tone suggests surprise to hear from me, quite logical. After you failed to terminate the Autobot prisoner, I recovered from the Space bridge’s implosion. After much work, I have nearly reconstructed it and will be activating it very soon.
Of course he was surprised the hear from Shockwave. The Decepticon kept to himself at his labs on their wasteland of a home and if he was communicating with anyone it would have been Megatron all this time. He hardly saw a reason to point that out, the same with bringing up the Autobot prisoner, but since he did . . . "Well, I've personally deactivated that same Autobot," then again, he had spoken to a very alive Cliffjumper not long ago. He didn't bother mentioning that though.
