That moment when: you're 10k into one thing, and then you make ONE offhand comment to your enabler who suddenly takes its way too far (but fuck, you’re not going to say no to this), and suddenly you're writing a collection of scenes about the poor sodding librarian at Hogwarts (Post-war) who has to put up with the fucking Ravenclaws stealing all of her books and rescuing Gryffindors from the man-eating books, and just straight up worrying that the Slytherins are plotting when actually they're just staring at the mess she calls her hair because ohmigosh it's all over the place and her glasses are askew. And when the Hufflepuff's are nice enough to leave an apple in her office, she freaks out and has a meltdown because WHY DID SHE SIGN UP FOR THIS JOB?
