First animation in quite a while, Allseer seemed easy enough that it was worth doing

I’ll cleanse myself and my space in different ways such as smudging and showering but I’m starting to think I am the negative energy or at least it attaches itself to me when I’m actually very clear with my intentions and envisions and cleansing usually works but hasn’t been working lately and I find myself becoming frustrated and overall carrying negative energy around, maybe this is a grounding issue ?

Any witches or spiritual practitioners have any advice ? Or know why this is? Maybe it’s because I haven’t set up my altar since the move and left offerings even though I haven’t done too much spell work

I’m not sure but I know a lot of things of mine keep going missing or a little thing will irritate me to the point of anger and stress and I can feel it physically even after I’ve calmed down
