Ridiculously horrible fat day today. My own fault - only been doing one small workout per week for the past couple months.
New plan - workout tonight, run tomorrow, rest Sunday, workout Mon-Thurs. Repeat.

Weirdest dream last night....got on my flight for London to find that I was only wearing shorts & singlet with only a light jacket with me. Get on the plane to find plastic seats (like a doctors waiting room) squished in together.....oh and the really fun part - we didn't actually take off - we started DRIVING along the road....annnnd I was in Tasmania...."driving" from one small airport to a bigger one down the road.

Re-watching Criminal Minds from season 1....they were such baby faces!
Unpopular opinion - I was never that big a fan of Elle - I was actually quite glad to see her go.
I love seeing Derek's clothing transition too from formal suits and ties in the beginning to his now more relaxed pants and shirts.
oh god...i feel like ass.....we had morning tea put on for us at work....sausage rolls & cake....had a sausage roll - I shouldnt've.....as I am now at home feeling like ass with the runs and the possibility of throwing it all back up again.

Got my confirmed flight itinerary yesterday from my travel agent.
Woo! All dates are correct (phew!) - flying British Airways, via Singapore both ways...and Heathrow on the flight home. Do however have 6hrs to kill in Singapore airport on my way over....and I arrive too late for the free trip into the city (last tour departs @ 4pm...I don't get in till about 4.30pm).
Oh well - I shall just have to wander the shops...oo maybe get a massage or something....and definitely need to visit the food court area and try something totally different for dinner.

Taking a break from house-cleaning....its a big job ( I hate cleaning with an immense passion) - but it must be done as I have an inspection on Monday morning *sigh*
Can't really keep doing much more at the moment til my groceries are delivered since I'm waiting on cleaning products.
Yep - day in the life of a grown-up....I'm not a fan.
