The Qu were almost a billion years old by the time our post human relatives made contact with them, constantly travelling one spiral arm of the galaxy to the next, in giant, eon-spanning mass-migrations, As masters of manipulating all technologies both genetic and in-organic alike, they constantly improved themselves and remade the worlds they visited, Their religion demanded them to remake the universe as they saw fit and they saw themselves as Omniscient and deific figures. This dogma was rooted in what had been a benevolent attempt to protect the species from its own power, but eventually led to Zealotry the likes the universe had never seen, The Qu were offended that another sentient species remade the worlds they visited and promptly punished them based on they're offenses. finally after the Qu had warped humanity into countless forms and beings beyond all earthly recognition, they left, to continue they're endless religious pilgrimage.
