Her half is all light and airy simply because it was done up that way and she's not really decorated really other than the plants because she's not planning on sticking around, and there's these big french windows inside rather than walls so it's all really open plan and minimal. I mean she stuck up an A on the wall Ara gave her and has some fairy lights but nothing too big, so when he comes downstairs it's like glaring light compared to his little cave and awwwwwww.

Questions for all your characters; Who is the most important person in their life and why? Have they ever done something just to spite someone else? What motivates them the most? What AU would you be most interested to play them in?

Who is the most important person in their life and why? 

For Ally Lou, probably Ara. She doesn’t really trust many people and the handful she does mean a lot to her even if she doesn’t show it in a conventional way.  Ara’s never pushed her to be anything she’s not, and although she ends up in more trouble than she’d like it’s sort of worth it.

For Aedan, I think it used to be his mum but now he relies even heavier on Lucy just because he doesn’t have that female companionship at home. They’re incredibly close and I’ve said this before but the way I see them is like platonic soulmates.

Have they ever done something just to spite someone else?

Ally’s can be incredibly selfish, but it’s never meant intentionally. She doesn’t consider other people at all when she acts, it’s all about her because that’s the way she see’s life. She isn’t going to compromise her own happiness for anyone, even family.

It’s all a joke to Aedan, he doesn’t think his actions threw but if he was to say an insult or something that ended up really hurting the other person, he’d just run with it and not apologise like he meant it. Then send them something nice secretly because his mum raised him to be a little gentleman even if he’s forgotten that right now.

What motivates them the most?

Her happiness is literally the only thing that Ally cares about, she if she wants something then she’ll take it whether it’s right or not. She’d got this compulsive need to keep moving in life, and hates being in one place for too long be it emotionally or physically- she’s the definition of a wanderer.

I think for Aedan that’s a little harder, his biggest fear right now is not being remembered. It used to be about making his parents proud and pushing himself with encouragement but now it’s almost that he needs to live bigger because he’s afraid of being left behind. It’s not fame he wants or success, just to be remembered.

What AU would you be most interested to play them in?

Probably 1800’s for Ally Lou, simply because she would HATE corsets and manners, she’d be awful. She’d wander around with loose dresses on all the time. The other one that would be fun for he is probably apocalypse not just because of the gifs since she’d be such a selfish little thing, she’d let everyone die while she just lived in the grand canyon or chilling out in flanders fields or something.

With Aedan maybe camp halfblood as a son of Dionysus? That would be so fun to see. OR BODY SWAP WITH LUCY THAT WOULD BE SO FUNNY HE’D JUST RUN AORUND DOING STUPID IMPRESSIONS OF HER CONSTANTLY.

ALICE-LOUISE MOIRA LONGBOTTOM

House: Hufflepuff Alumni Birthday, Year and Age: Born 21st April 2004, currently 18 years old and works in Hogsmeade

Possible Character Relationships: Arabella "Ara" Wood; Not really fitting into the dream that her mother had for an academic little darling, Ally Lou became fast friends in her first year with a likeminded whirlwind. Ara was the perfect balance to her soft touch, a little rougher around the edges and a right hook to match. Ara might be one of the few people Ally might miss if she finally left to wander, even if it's not going to stop her. Dominique Weasley; Dom was a stop gap for Ally, a cure for a dry spell. She likes to think she's only been properly drunk once, and that was the night she stumbled into a broom closet with Dom and left with her skirt on backwards and her jumper inside out. She never meant to be cruel to Dom, she just didn't have the same degree of affection and after being stuck with one person for so long, her eyes went wandering. Dom might still be holding the grudge, but Ally doesn't have that kind of memory when it comes to being tied down. Emery Ellis; The other half of Ally's relationship drama. She didn't exactly say there was someone else involved when she started up with Emery, and it was all meant as a good bit of fun. In her fashion, she dropped Emery just as fast as they started in a similar manner to that of Dom but isn't afraid to send a late night owl up to the castle if the flat is feeling a bit empty sometimes. Lysandra Bellios; Lysandra's family were old family friends with the Longbottoms, and in many ways Ally was closer with Lysandra than her blood sister. They'd spend hours playing in the paradise of her dads garden, reading stories of far away places and dream of slaying ogres and riding dragons. It's recently become a source of tension, as girls they talked of exploring the world together but with Lys stuck in school and Ally Lou close to reaching her dreams it feels like Ally is leaving her behind to start a new life on her own. Cordelia Longbottom; Like the rest of her family, Ally has left Cordelia behind. She never got along smoothly with her sister, and there's little love between them. Cordelia is closer to the daughter Hannah dreamed of, and maybe there's some kind of subconcious resentment there but Ally certainly isn't aware of it.

Traits: + Creative; She's always known she was a little on the different side, her focus for things like charms was minimal. Potions was uninspiring and Transfiguration was just an excuse to stare out into the green of the courtyard. What Ally Lou wanted was the sun on her skin, adventures and new horizons.  + Positive; Ally Lou is best described as an outside of the box thinker, an optimist watching out for silver linings. It's her only way of making it through sometimes, to know that as hard as it gets she can see a good in the worst situation. That doesn't mean it's easy to do, but it's her coping mechanism. + Soft spoken; Gentle when she needs to be, most of the time Ally seems fairly delicate. She's good at handling people with care when they need it, even if she's more resilient than she looks.  - Strong minded; Knowing what she wants has always been a bit of an issue for Ally. She's got a strong set of views and although she doesn't voice them as loudly as others, she struggles with people who can't see her point of view. She won't always voice this, preferring to avoid confrontation but she won't go out of her way to help someone who can't sympathies with her -Deceiving; A kind heart and a soft face might lead you to believe Ally has a sense of loyalty towards you, you would be mistaken. It takes years to earn her trust, and even then she'll frequently let you down. She's always missing birthdays, forgetting quidditch matches, disappearing for weeks on end. It has her family at the end of their tether, and might cost her the only job she's enjoyed at this point -Cunning; She let's others act first, she's not vindictive just clever. Furtive hexes and grudges are how Ally takes out her anger rather than getting into a fight there and then. She'll also agree to things she never intends on fulfilling, it's easier than letting people down if you just avoid them. Song that reminds you of your muse:

Patronous: Nightingale. Ally Lou is, and always will be, a very free spirit. She needs her space to feel like she has freedom to relax, something she struggled with at home. Not that her parents were unkind, just overbearing.  Boggart: Ropes that wrap around her body, she is incredibly claustrophobic and hates the idea of being trapped in any way. Temperament: Usually level headed and happy, even if she's thinking something else entirely underneath. Amortentia: A range of flower blossoms like Cherry and Jasmine, with fresh cut stems and the lingering scent of fresh dew.

Headcanons: Ally Lou's mother wanted her to attend some form of higher magical education, maybe look for a degree or a ministry internship. The two have fallen out over it, she's currently living in the flat above Dogweed and Deathcap  thanks to her job in Hogsmeade rather than at home to avoid the whole thing. She doesn't have any resentment towards her mother, but she's not going to waste her time being seen as a disappointment when she'd rather be living.

Dogweed and Deathcap started out as a job for a couple of months just to save to be able to afford to travel for a while after school, only seven months in Ally can feel herself loosing it. She wants to get out now and damn the galleons in back pay she's owed. She's reaching breaking point, and needs that final push to show her that she's ready to finally run away.

Like her father, Ally loves plants. She always enjoyed herbology in school, it was easy given the garden she used to keep with her father at home. Flowers and open fields are her comfort blanket, you'll often find her wandering the grounds when she's in need of some encouragement.
