"I'm not LGBTQ+phobic because I have LGBTQ+ friends" is NEVER an excuse for mistreatment. Caesar's Entertainment and Harrah's are shrugging off treating trans guests as subhuman, period. Trans gendered persons are clearly NOT welcome, as my friend's experiences have proven, and she hasn't even been given an excuse or response, even after being ASSAULTED by security personnel.
