What’s your typical background check routine? Sites you use?

I use criminal pages, Spokeo (I caved and finally paid their fee, which is how I've been able to find some of this info) for anyone in the U.S. (I haven't found a a resource for those outside of the U.S.), linkedin has been hit or miss, google image search for photos they have on their profiles or that they've sent me, googling the name they gave me, searching by their emails (I've found a couple of FBs this way)...and that's about everything!
