when i was 5 my mom used to do my hair like coconut-head, i hated it so my dad used to tell me all the time that he liked it because i looked like he-man

i had a bowl cut for a long time when i was little and tbh it kinda sucked but when i was 3 we went to cancun for vacation and they braided my hair kinda like this except without that one strand in the front and after that vacation i asked my mom if she could braid my hair that way by herself since i liked it so much so i rocked that for a while
