PMOs me off when people say that some cookie run character who was not playable upon being introduced but obviously was going to become playable later on was/is in "NPC jail."

sugarfly was not in NPC jail. frilled jellyfish was not in NPC jail. the ancients/beasts/elemental guardians were never in NPC jail. mochaccino and black vinegar and cutter circuit are not in NPC jail. they were/are in the NPC waiting room.

smoked cheese was in NPC jail. sherbet was in NPC jail. aloe was in NPC jail. maple taffy and carameleon are being tortured in NPC guantanamo bay. catnip and mont blanc are on NPC probation and have to wear ankle bracelets everywhere they go. choco werehound brute was born in an endangered NPC nature sanctuary and was released back into the wild upon maturity. cilantro cobra died and is in NPC purgatory. the guest-rarity gem mermaids are having a karaoke party in the NPC khia asylum. lord oyster is also at the party but he's getting made fun of for singing too whitely. abalone is not there bcs he's burning in hell. not even NPC hell. just regular hell.
