Tenderness
As she lay stiffly, blood dripped from her soft, nude lips, a thin river of scarlet falling from her partly open mouth, running down the side of her face.
“(f/n)? (f/n)?” Alois said with desperation, his voice cracking as he shook the sleeping woman.
He stood over her, his baby blue eyes wide, a coat of glossy shine over them as he began to choke on his wails. Repeatedly he called her name, hearing no answer in return and seeing no smile directed at him as he addressed her.
‘Why...Why...Why?’ He kept asking himself, not knowing what else to do but break down.
Anger bubbled within him as he began to shake, “Wake up damn you!” he demanded, sitting down over her, legs on either side of her as he glared down at her, his icy blue eyes wide, tears falling down to rain over her paled face.
“I said wake up!” He ordered her again, hands on either side of her head, knowing fully well that even with all his pleas it was fruitless. By then her skin was as cold as ice, the heat within her long put out.
Instead her (e/c) eyes stared back at him, unblinking, the once lively (e/c) pair looking back at him with the same haunting void he remembered Lucas having.
Void and empty...soulless.
‘Why does this keep happening?’ He asked himself with dismay, beginning to pant harshly.
Red burned within him and the blue rain within him turned into a violent storm,
“He did this to her!” Alois cried out, lifting up her upper body, cradling her near him, his arms wrapped around her cold body. “ I want him to suffer! I want to make him suffer!” he said darkly, determination finding home within his shining gems.
“I want Sebastian to feel the world around him crumble!” he declared with a sneer, his nails digging into her skin.
It took him a moment, but after realizing his unwitting assault on the woman, he gasped, regretting it,
‘I’m sorry...I didn’t mean to!’ he thought to himself, pretending as though she could feel it all.
Like a roller coaster his emotions rocked, from bitter to sweet, from tender to fury.
The demon absentmindedly ran his tongue past his bottom lip, his hunger gone feral.
“My lord,” Claude’s voice said lowly, “ We should take her inside immediately,” he suggested, staring down at the still woman with a searing glare,
“....She’ll begin to decompose soon,” he added, informing his young master, noting the sudden ridged stiffness that overcame the young boy at the mention.
“She’s really....really gone, right Claude?” Alois said defeated, hanging his head, his forehead down and pressed onto hers. It was only then that it settled over him that it wasn’t a nightmare, having to come to acceptance that she wasn’t ever going to reply back to him.
Not even revenge woulds settle the score,
‘Not even by killing him with my own two hands would I ever be able to hold You or Lucas,’
“You really left me behind,” he said to her, uttering the words softly, a bitter smile on his young face.
“You said you’d fight for me till the end, “ he mused, shaking his head.
‘Against a demon? What could you do?’

She pressed him against the wall, her (e/c) eyes glaring at him darkly, a hard sheet of ice over them. “You will not touch MY young master,” she rasped, nearly shaking with the rage she felt.
Staring down at her with a halfhearted glance, the demon began to perk up a light smile, amused with her.
If she knew what he was, would she still dare approach him with the same rebellion?
Would she still challenge him?
Would she be so foolish as to do so?
With gleaming eyes, he continued to eye her with unconcerned, dark amusement.

“Claude...” Alois started softly, “ Bring her home,” he told him, “ Please bring her home,” he begged, sniffling, looking up at the man with large, glistening eyes.
“Yes your highness,” Claude said bowing, his head also dipping down, hiding the slight curl to his lips.
“Carry her,” Alois instructed with a tender softness in his voice.
Lovingly, he pulled back the young woman’s hair from her face, his fingers trailing over wide open eyes, bringing down her lids to cover the dimmed (e/c) colored drops. “And do so tenderly, don’t hurt her any more than she already has been,” he added, his fingers accidentally dipping closer to the smudges of scarlet on her.
“I just can’t leave her here any longer,” He added softly, smiling sorrowfully, “Not here alone,” he added, his hand slipping beneath her head, lifting it up, gently moving to make sure the elder man had her carefully placed in his hold.
“Please take care of her, “ he said once more, beginning to walk on his own, heading back to the garden with her in his heart.
‘I’ll pick you’re favorite...I’ll make sure you’re surrounded by color,’ Alois thought to himself, planning to bury her in a bed of lovely fragrance, he, himself being the one to pick the best or her.
“Young lord?” Claude questioned him, not responded back to, given a cold shoulder instead.
Carrying the woman, Claude sighed lowly as he continued to glare at the woman in his arms, his fingers curling over the flesh irately,
“Even now you continue to be a nuisance,” he sneered. “Even in your present state you manage to trug him along...” he went on. “Out of my grasp and into you’re direction.” he added darkly, his fingernails ruthlessly digging into her skin, even through the material of her uniform.
“It’s a Good riddance,” he then muttered, forced to carry her and care for her.
Forced to yet again fall in her shadow.
............................................................................................
“You are a monster!” she cried out, hacking up scarlet, her teeth pressing together as she held in her pain, “But I won't let you hurt him... no...no,” she said while shaking her head.
“I can’t let you hurt him!” she added with angry tears bubbling in her eyes.
His golden eyes glared down at her with sadistic glee, watching her continue to fight him.
Watching her fall further into his demise...
“And I wouldn’t dare let you stand in my way,” He responded while advancing towards her, his eyes glowing a different color, florescent pink gleaming with animosity behind his squared lenses.
