Wow, so many people are deactivating their accounts and I feel sad. They were people I talked to and now how do we talk? D:

Caelum. The kingdom Noctis fought to protect.

Every year the prince and his father would welcome new staff in what some would call an ‘initiation routine’ It was the one chance a year to get a job at the castle. The pay was good - depending on what role you were given. Most staff stayed in their own quarters on site, which were rather luxurious. Some chose to work there for that purpose, others to get inside gossip on the prince who was always very sheltered. Any piece of gossip given out to the general was like throwing food to the homeless. It made it hard for Noctis, he could never trust any of his staff, his friends were out of the kingdom at current so apart from his ‘princely duties’ he never really got out much.

Noctis awoke in his bedroom, 9am as usual. Showered, changed and prepared himself for the day. Though he was running late to the grand hall staff meeting, he made no effort to rush, they were there to please him after all.

Eventually he strolled in, adjusted his collar, a few of his top buttons undone and slumped on his thrown as his father gave his welcome speech.
