Here is a post for the people who really don't like it when people say 'let go of your fears' and act all spiritual in times like this: ♦️It's ok, tell yourself 'I accept I don't feel I can let go of fear'. ♦️It's ok to be with yourself for it makes you feel. It's when we deny and entertain the feeling it gets worse. Just see it that you have a feeling about it. Forcing yourself to let go is making your more anxious or feel like a failure because everyone thinks they have to let go of fear'. Don't judge yourself harshly with 'shame or guilt and it's ok to see it as just that...it's a fine line between entertaining the thought and being with what is. Turn to writing it out.... It may offer relief of mind. ♦️Be ok with the struggle... and turn your attention back to breathing ... Don't force it, just see it moving in and out of your body. By going back to is to feel it moving into your body , feel your lungs expand and relax when it goes out.... You can do this anyday , anytime and however much you want. Don't get trapped in doing ' #mindfulness ' correct or ' #yoga the right away'. Don't force doing. Be in the place you are physically in and practice within...and allow your breath to feel like an invitation.... ♦️Practice compassion with yourself, when change comes so rapidly, it takes time for fight or flight to relax. So choose patience over perfection with yourself. Patience to allow the breath to happen. ♦️Ask yourself what can I be grateful for today. Sometimes it's the tiny moments, that will show up. Slow down in the chaos. Baby steps. 🌠 #aloneandcollaboratingtogether. dm if you have questions #breath #relaxthemind #acceptance #anxiety #fear #slowdown #learningandunlearning (at London, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/B91HK0ig3lk/?igshid=17z8s4i5nltnk
