Last year I stumbled across this song on Spotify when hanging out at Brighton Pride with Ollie. We both looooved it and it was severely rinsed throughout the weekend. I'm not sure what it is that captivates me about Eliza, and more specifically this tune, but that deep, soulful, bass, her innocent yet worldly vocals, are just heavenly to me. Ollie said that he didn't want to listen to it too much because he was worried it would ruin it for him, but for me, its been on a very heavy rotation for some months now.
So I Was so happy to just see that Eliza has filmed the music Video for Alone and Unafraid, her salute to singledom, and true to form, it is sexy, funny, original, and stylish. I haven't even finished watching the video but had to come on and share!
I'm not sure why Eliza isn't a huge star, though I'm not sure if the music industry makes huge stars anymore, but if they do, surely it's Elizas turn next??! ❤
