Indefinite Hiatus Notice ** PLEASE READ **
This is way overdue guys, I'm sorry. And if you can reblog this to spread the word, it'd be helpful
As some of you may have noticed, I am barely on tumblr anymore. I never gave an explanation as to why and that'll be in this post later on.
Okay so. As of right now I will be on an indefinite hiatus, meaning I don't know when I'll be back on. My queue will be set up for 4 posts between 3pm and 9pm eastern time. I'll be on adding posts to my queue every once and a while but as of right now I have over 120 posts in my queue. The posts will be tagged with the normal tags I do as well as Scott queue are my brother and hiatus.
I will be on every couple of days to answer asks (which I have been neglecting and I'm sorry), I answered the ones in my ask before posting this; so if you didn't get an answer, I didn't get an ask.
For my networks I am in (and tagging so people see this): I will not be active, and I know I've been so bad with talking in them recently, sorry. If you ask me to leave the blog I will, the queue I set up is actually because I don't want my blog to be deleted which would include the networks I'm in. Send me an ask if you'd like me to leave, and I'll do that as soon as I see it then take it off my updates tab.
I will not be doing blog rates, finishing my 2nd tumblr awards, or any other interactive things.
One thing I will be doing when getting asks about is CSS/HTML/Coding help, if I can.
I will also be giving away some my urls, which you can find here. The ones that are bold I will possibly give to mutuals I've talked to or close friends, or if you ask really really really nice. Other urls you can ask for and I'll give them to you. If you don't know how this works, just ask and I'll explain.
Okay. So. I'm going to explain why I'm not going to be on here (much) anymore.
I need to get on with my life. I am 20 years old and I realized for the past couple of months that tumblr is the only thing I ever did. I only hung out with friends every once in a while because I was always on here, I would turn down invites so much so that I kind of stopped getting asked to hang out. Once I stopped being on here as much I became closer with two of my friends and now we hang out all the time.
I am both happy and depressed. Happy that I have been able to break away from here to have a social life. But depressed because I am no longer in school because I couldn't afford it, and now my stepfamily makes little remarks about me being stupid and incapable of finishing college. Comments about my weight and never having a boyfriend or going on dates. That my job sucks and I don't get paid enough, that I'll be stuck there for years. So I've decided that I'm not going to stand for it anymore. I've joined my local gym, found my motivation to go, talked to my sister and her boyfriend on how to go about losing weight, and am looking for another (a second) job. I've already started taking better care of myself, I've started taking medication for my feet (I have fungus this thing okay and it's going to be destroyed), taking better care of my face, started taking better care of my teeth, and better care of my hair. I've bought some new clothes that fit me better, I haven't replaced my old wardrobe but I will some day. Little things count in my book and I'm feeling better about my self already.
I don't want to be like I was a couple of months ago ever again. But that doesn't mean I won't be back from hiatus, I could come back and start blogging again but I dont want to be cut from society again.
