Growing up the best things schools served during lunch were these little crescent moon-shaped pizza pockets that were served with tomato sauce for dipping. They’re the best thing ever and I always missed them (my high school didn’t serve them), so a while ago I emailed the school district trying to find a recipe lol I never got a response, though.
Fast forward, some lady my mother knows gets a lot of frozen food at her work and she’s willing to share. My mother wants us to try what she gave us to see if we’d be willing to take some of it off her hands in the future and my brother just came back from the freezer, freaking out and holding a giant ziploc bag full of them!! I’m like WHAT! How?! Holy smokes I’m making some right now.
