Am I the ONLY one who is NOT feeling the chemistry between these two?
I mean, I love the fact that we have a queer person of color on the show because representation matters!
AND, I’d love for Alex to find love again. Of course I do!!
Still, no matter how hard I try to ship them—it’s not happening for me; because I just don’t see it/feel it between them...
Why force it?
Writers, allow Alex’s character to fall in love naturally:
Director Danvers had way more chemistry with Sam Arias last season; has tons of it with Lena Luthor since Detective Sawyer left; I can even feel a bit of tension between her and Colonel Lauren Haley when they are at odds at the DEO at times; and you clearly have missed some tremendous opportunities to explore the path between characters who actually share a spark...
Anyone else out there?
