Summary: Gerard is deep into his sequel, preparing to divorce his best friend, and finally looking into his back story. It's going to hurt because he's completely unprepared to walk into his childhood castle and meet the younger brother who replaced him. He's even less prepared to meet his younger brother's new wife.
Quick Note: I got way too many fun tags on my post finale fanfiction wish list to not share this now that I’ve given into my desire to write it.
Also, I finally know what this story is going to be and can confidently say that if you’re looking for a post canon Gerard and Elody BFFs in love where they struggle through getting divorced but probably don’t, then this will probably be your cup of tea. Rapunzel is also featured and is chaotic, cruel, and possibly sympathetic.
I have other ideas for Rapunzel and some of the unintended fallout from Timothy’s spell. But that’s for later. Anyway, the post-finale tag seems like there are still fanfic wishes, so I’m dropping this here.
