Fact: Instagram’s layout program is killer for comparing fabric swatches for upcoming projects.
The fabric for my big kabuki project is NOT going to be cheap so I want to make damn certain it will all work together. The red series right at the top is currently winning out (because you see a lot of red on the big, robust aragoto characters in kabuki) but I also really dig the second example with the gray tones.
Got the new xkit extension up and running. Annd it was actually far less painful and difficult than I expected, so yay.
Now I’ll just need to do it when I get home *sighs*
going to bed at 9pm is the best thing that ever happened to me and I should do it more often
welp
today in school the second year students
painted our faces
put blindfolds on us and had us dance on stage in pairs (boy & girl for no apparent reason)
had us compete in games
made us sing a song they'd written for us as we marched through the school complex (it proclaimed our inferiority to the second year students)
made us play a game in pairs where the objective was to form a thing with your bodies as quickly as possible (the poses we got were "monkey on the back", "lovers" and "bunkbed" I feel bad for the girl who had to lift me like 15 fucking times that's 60kg of Nan to carry on your back/in your arms repeatedly)
threw a water/flour mixture at us while we sat in the grass outside
we did all this wearing diapers on our heads and plastic bags for dresses
That certainly was a thing... that happened A part of gymnasium culture I hadn't experienced before, glad I don't have to do it again. It was kind of funny but also kind of terrifying and humiliating
guess it's some kind of hazing? "Gulnäbbsintagning" in my native tongue. Good thing I brought a change of clothes. Still got flour stuck to my arms and neck gdi
