They say that words are one of the most powerful and dangerous things in the entire world. Something that you say can never be taken back, there is no reset button, and it will forever stay etched into the heart of the person who heard it. It was true for both Emil and Ratatosk as well.

HE didn’t want to hurt anyone. He wanted things to go back to normal, or a sense of normality that doesn’t involve needless slaughter. But deep in his mind, he- Emil knew that he wasn’t strong enough to fend Ratatosk’s influence off for long, the smell of blood permeating from their body.

Unfortunately, most of his roommates were human as well so they would be in danger if he went back. 

“Its too much.” He muttered with a hoarse voice, curling into himself more- trying to get some semblance of rest before having to leave. It was too crowded an area to stay in for long.

If there was a time of day Pyrros liked as much as sunset, it was the middle of the day when things were warmest. This means there are prime spots to enjoy this warmth. He needed to find them. Pyrros heard there were more open spots with people. A good place to enjoy things. If his memory serves him right, they’re called “parks”. He must find one.  Looking through the different people on the street before him, he picked out a helpful looking face.  “Excuse me miss!” Pyrros called out quickly approaching the girl. “Would you happen to know where a “park” is? I am learning all sorts of new terms and places here, I would like to learn this one in particular!” He’d heard of parks before sure. Pyrros knows some things. But he’s never been to one or seen it in real life.

Karen Sanchez possesses the Serpent of Cautious Eyes, which gives her the supernatural ability to sense the approach of dangerous objects, people, and events before they actually occur.

Karen met a curious man at the age of 12 who was studying the mysterious world of the Heat Haze, a place of infinite time. She became intrigued and equally fascinated with the idea and the circumstances, learning a variety of things from the then-stranger before they both wound up in a tragic accident a few years down the road.

As per the rules of the Heat Haze, one can leave only if the other remains, and Karen found herself expelled from it once M elected to stay behind. Though she has plans to rescue M from the Heat Haze, she travels the world in the meantime, searching for others who have serpents and red eyes just like her–she’s not sure what she expects from these people, but hearing about their experiences may shed some insight on just what to do next. 

She’s careful to keep in touch with her parents, despite all the roaming.

    You’ve got a lot on your hands. Apparently, that’s an invitation for people to LOITER IN YOUR VICINITY. Not cool. You’re trying to defend them your CD, so could they at least get out of the way? Unless this is some kind of alternate, you suppose, which wouldn’t surprise you because they are just so fucking colorful! Not different from your own cittazens, but you’d think adversaries would be more plain and easy to identify. In the case that she is an alternate, it’s time for your opener question. Hopefully, she’s one of the types to answer it on prompt. Or you’ll make her.

Once learned, it had become rather difficult to know how to stop forging the floral headgear. In the aftermath, several were hanging from his arm while clutching the ring with both hands in front of the girl who had caught his eye.
