The ANSWER is: If I were trying to lose weight and improve a health marker like Blood sugar levels, triglycerides, HDLs, or something like this, YES, I should. BUT, I don't eat like this at home regularly. I did get my body into a pretty peak condition before leaving and, the month before that for my birthday. So in the real 🌎 world, I need to remind myself when I'm on a well deserved vacation, it's sometimes ok to just eat what I want. 👅😃🥐❤️ What I also did: ✅Short high intensity workouts every other day or more. ✅Intermittent Fast 12-16 hours most days ✅Walk a lot On the menu Catalan style: Kaiser pancakes 🥞 Huevos Rancheros 🥚🥚 Basil 🌿 pesto gnocchi Spinach salad with goat 🐐 cheese (ok, this I eat at home) Carrot 🥕 cake pancakes (it said "healthy" on the menu lolol!!) Eggs 🍳 florentine with salmon in a mini sourdough bowl.
