Welcome to the locker room, Agent Lee!
Three Best Friends In A Room - They Might Kiss!
“So all this time when I thought you hated me,” Lincoln frowned and huffed incredulously, a hint of panic and disbelief in his voice as his hands gesticulated out in front of him, “and I thought you saw me as some inferior facsimile when in fact you --”
“Yep,” Lee shrugged, mirroring Lincoln's body language in only the way his double could and pulled an awkward grin, “I know, I can be an asshole. Sorry.”
Lincoln’s chest heaved as he processed the information, his face echoing his mind as it whirred through multiple emotions, reactions and scenarios.
“You’re not joking are you?” Lincoln blurted in reply before he could stop the words from escaping, “You’re really serious?”

He looks up from the file and turns to see the other man is already staring at him with an intense gaze only he would understand the meaning of because they share the same eyes and mind - same everything, really. He can tell its a look of curiosity, but there is something else too - his pupils are dilated under his heavy eyelids and a smirk glints in the corner of his mouth.
What Do You Mean? by Liv_and_Lincoln_Lee
I have a serious soft spot for this ship. This ficlet gorgeously uses Lincoln's inherent slightly bumbling nature and presents it in normally self-assured Captain Lee.
It's still kind of mind-blowing, that trust being offered in the first place, and never mind that they're the same person from two different universes; they've already seen how alternates can differ in significant, sometimes opposite ways. Lee has no way of knowing he's not a-- a serial killer, or a secret sadist.

This is a wonderful exploration of trust and difference using some of the minor D/s elements that suit Lincoln and Alt!Linc (aka Lee) so well.
It didn’t seem like there was that much different. As they moved on from college though there were little changes that grew to bigger changes, but nothing environmental seemed to cause them. Just Lincoln making choices that Lee had been too afraid to make.

You know the would you fuck a clone of yourself meme? Fringe is a show that lets fans play with that in a semi canonical setting. Except they are from alternate realities and there are differences.
This fic is what happens when the Lincolns are together and trying to figure out why they are so different. Honestly, I’d never even thought of it, but it really is a lot of fun and the Lincolns are both so endearing.
