oh my god i would Love to hear about any charmed au you might come up with for any of your current roster... like i feel like max or the heathers or the batter could be super interesting but honestly i'd love to hear anything you have in mind

the three heathers all are descendents of powerful witches. none of them were told about it however, left in the dark and just… living the regular lives that they always did - up until one point. THE point when strange shit started to happen.

it began with the three just hanging out as normal. they were staying around chandler’s chatting about school and the horrors within when talk turned instead to the yearbook. mcnamara brought up how her family had been spring cleaning most of the house and had stumbled across a weird ass book that’d fallen behind the couch. she showed it to them and uh… duke took that opportunity to read one of the entries within it

it led to a blackout for no apparent reason. when everything flickered back on again five minutes later they promptly stopped messing around with the book and put it down to a coincidence

but

the next day, mcnamara wasn’t in

worried (though they… didn’t really show it outwardly) they called her up after school and asked why the hell she wasn’t in. she told them to come round quickly and hung up

when they arrived, she bustled them upstairs and tried to explain. at first, they didn’t believe her but as the conversation grew more heated, her desk lamp decided to dance through the air on a gust of wind and smash into her wardrobe

soon, they found out that they’d all unlocked some form of weird power. from mcnamara’s sudden case of wind manipulation to duke being able to mimic others voices to a t, to chandler being able to read others thoughts (something that snuck up on her the day after mcnamara’s power reveal, sarcastically answering a question someone hadn’t even asked aloud)

each of their ancestors were interlinked. having been close friends or rivals throughout history, leading up to one trio forming a contract with each other, manifesting a book that would seal their and their future children’s powers away to keep them safe from harm

veronica is also a witch but borne with mixed warlock blood. she found out earlier than them about her powers (ice generation and manipulation and later mental thought barricades) but uh she doesn’t know about their powers and they don’t know of hers until everything Bad starts to happen all at once involving a run-in with a pure-blood warlock and a chanted spell from the book

i know you've talked a little bit about it, but maybe talk more about hogwarts heathers au??

hmm okay so! although they all live in different dorms (chandler in gryffindor, mac in hufflepuff and duke in ravenclaw), the heathers tell each other the passcodes for how to get into each of them. they mostly enjoy hanging out around the gryffindor or ravenclaw common rooms flipping the bird at students who tell them they shouldn’t be in here and picking fights with the prefects

mcnamara’s studying to be an animagus and duke’s vaguely considering work as an auror but she’s… not Too Sure yet. chandler says she doesn’t care what she goes for but is kinda secretly worried about what she actually wants to do?? she just knows she wouldn’t EVER want to be part of the ‘muggle study place’ as uh muggles are boring.

duke has a half-cat half-kneazle ginger she-cat who likes to chew on her books and get lifts to places on her shoulders. she sneaks her into lessons sometimes just to make a ruckus

chandler has successfully enchanted the astronomy door before to tell people to 'go fuck themselves’ or 'go swivel on my door handle’ every time they opened it

and mcnamara once levitated someone’s homework out the window with the other heathers egging her on after she got into an argument with a student who said she was good for nothing ('who’s good for nothing now?’)

Deep beneath the belly of a mountain, secreted away in chambers, lie glass pods full of mako. Within these now abandoned pods, Fairclaws and Cloud once had been retained….

the nightwings built it. the majority of employees to shinra being of that tribe. coming from wealthy families and backgrounds.

cloud was an icewing with a big dream: to be a hero like starlight. to win the war against those tribes that opposed shinra and deal with the monsters that plagued the populace but… it all twisted into something else. lost to the mako and to the horror that starlight wraught on that mission within cloud’s settlement in the ice kingdom

but back when his mother was still alive, he had lived with her. outside of much of the hierarchy that circled the palace. sometimes they would visit, climbing up the mountain to pay homage to their queen but, they never stayed, the stares of the wealthier and royal class colder than the scales along their back

now he’s trying to build those pieces back up again. be himself rather than a shadow of a friend. pave out his legacy alongside his friends and family

oh and how about oki in pokemon au??

OkiIce and Water shadow him during his long hunt; foragers, survivors and warriors.

Isao is a Wartortle with a mean temper. He likes to walk around with a small fur cape clipped onto his shell, wrapping it around himself when he feels the chill too much. He’s more of a hunter than a fighter, enjoying fishing whilst Oki’s away.

Katsuchi is an Alolan Sandslash who works as both a forager and a warrior alongside Oki. He enjoys snuffling up berries and various forms of edible grass from beneath the snow and honing his fighting techniques whilst pairing up with his Trainer in a demon hunt.

They are both inseparable from him and fight to the death to protect him need be. Both wish for the blade to glow, just as much as Oki himself does, and secretly cheer him on often (sometimes even sneaking in a prayer to the spirits to help). They don’t see what he is doing as wrong and uh, Katsuchi actually helped him to steal off with Kutone.

So, I told Carrie this, but last night I had an Alt-Verse dream. It didn't have any of the Fringe characters or their alternates; it was my alternate.

And I think I want to write about it after I watch Entrada.

So, yeah. I guess this is just a heads up.

The Verses and Timelines of Fringe

This is my attempt of figuring out the timelines and verses of Fringe post S3 finale. What has happened with that cliffhanger is a bit like Back to the Future II where there were multiply versions of Marty's timeline.

Blue Verse: Peter kidnapped in 1985, Walter crossing over caused the Red Verse to start crumbling. Everything we have seen on the show up until 03x22

Red Verse: Same major events as the Blue Verse in that Peter was kidnapped, Walter caused their universe to become unstable. Destroyed sometime between 2011 & 2026 after the machine was turned on.

Future/Black Verse: The future of the Blue Verse which as far as we are aware stops in 2026 as Peter's choice at the end of The Day We Died should have altered that future.

The Bridge Verse (using Yellow for now until the show gives it a colour):  This is a universe where Peter never existed.  The two worlds still went to war but for a different reason that we don't know yet.  Don't forget William and Walter were experimenting with crossing universes before 1985 so something could have happened then.  

In theory everyone should be different in this verse because their lives haven't been effected by Peter. Also some characters previously dead could be alive and vice versa.

There should now be a future for the Bridge Verse which if everything goes well differs from the Black Verse
