I fear every country has them at every time, just that some times they are louder and more powerful than at others. At worst times they are actually in government. :/

I’d guess that in Germany 20% somewhat support them (and would maybe vote for them), 20% probably somewhat sympathise with some of their ideas (while they wouldn’t vote for them), and 60% are absolutely appalled and disgusted in every way.

One real problem are those people that are “we hate them, but we still vote for them to protest”.
