TBH I read that as Rey rubbing salt in his wound! Because she saved his life but was like, "ya still suck, and you're the reason that you don't get what you want. I'm going to steal your ship now." It truly didn't come across IMO as like... her having Liked Ben so much as her Hating Kylo Even If She Didn't Necessarily Want To Kill Him Right Now Because Leia Wouldn't Want That. (Although some of that might have been Daisy's absolute lack of chemistry with Adam in a franchise where Daisy has chemistry with EVERYONE else.) tl;dr it came across to me like she was taunting him about NOT being Ben.
