Mafiatale Toriel and Altertale Sans HC Dynamic
• I feel that a beautiful dynamic between Altertale Sans and Mafiatale Toriel is that of a woman who needs to be heard and someone who listens to her, but that little by little they both learn to hear each other. She may seem like just another mafia woman with a heart of steel, but having someone to talk to about her "mafia sins" is something that could be explored. And Sans is a good listener! Especially in this version. But, since they talked so many times, he even tells her personal things, opens up, and between them they create a safe space even though they can't see each other. But, Altertale Sans gives her emotional and mental protection, and Mafiatale Toriel gives her physical protection.
• It's kind of like when you go to church and go into one of those booths to confess your sins or sorrows. Except the listener gradually breaks free from being just someone who hears, and little by little, a dynamic develops. In fact, I feel like Toriel wouldn't change it (it's tedious to recount everything from scratch, and also, for the dynamic to change).
This is the second time I've done this fun challenge of creating new Soriel dynamics. This time, we have a dramatic and tragic one 👀✨️ And if that weren't enough, the lovely and charming @unknownpov19 collaborated with me on this piece, and the effects she added are a visual marvel!! She's such a sweetheart 💖 I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the opportunity to collaborate. I absolutely love this piece, and if it were me, I'd devour it in one piece!!! In the meantime, the bond between Mafiatale Sans and Swapfell Toriel is one of a corrupt reign. They both look out for and protect each other, but there's power at stake, and Toriel is partly a pawn in this game. She can only secretly fall in love with Sans, and vice versa, to maintain appearances and preserve the sanity of their people. Their love is platonic, tragic, and dramatic, yet with an elegant touch and a spark of romance in the air. It's not easy to pretend or put on a show, but they're giving it their all, and in their most private moments, they can breathe in a more natural and sincere atmosphere than when surrounded by monsters who depend on them and see them as a figure of hope.
Love comes in many forms, and when you start thinking about "if we'll be together in another life," that strong determination can open doors to friendship, companionship, platonic relationships, romantic relationships, and even hatred itself. But its presence, its mere existence, is something no one can take away.
I was thinking of a hashtag for what I've been doing lately, I'll use #AlternativeSoriel to refer to the combinations we're presenting (that includes AUs interacting with UT).
