Almond flour and savory spices are used to make a tasty low-carb alternative to traditional stuffing.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup melted butter. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried sage. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup finely chopped celery. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms. Stir in chopped celery and onion until well incorporated. Gradually add chicken or vegetable broth until the mixture reaches a stuffing-like consistency. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the stuffing is cooked through.
