I was clearing my folders and this is an unfinished joke about Spirit Tracks Link figuring out not only he has a bunny themed boy in the group (Ravio) but there’s also a Link who can turn into a bunny as well. Instant favorite ‘Links’ in the whole group.

If you’re unaware, one of Spirit Tracks’ collectibles are bunnies. Because they’re cute. You literally collect them to bring the animals to a sanctuary- and I love to make fun of the fact that Engineer has the biggest soft spot for them (only second to trains). He’s in LOVE, guys.

So, yeah, something stupid I never finished. Even because I started reading ‘how to draw bunnies’ and that dragged my away.

I remember reading a comment back when the official Ballad of the Wind Fish with full English lyrics was first released about the lines, “Stay with me, by my side / Never leave...” and how it sounds like Marin...is part of the Nightmare, doing her best to entice Link to let the Wind Fish dream on and remain on Koholint, which would inevitably result in his death.

...Which, yeah, obviously isn’t canon, but the drama?  The angst?  The raw, unadulterated potential for a darker AU?  It’s been months since I’ve read that comment and I have yet to stop thinking about it.

Just a little LITTLE one-shot with Ravio and ALTTP Link requested on my discord channel. Ravio, Engineer and Oracle are the Bunny Trio and someday I’ll get to my ‘All Links’ comic and work shanenigans with them.

Some Links died old, some died young and some are like Oracle who died relatively young but had enough experience about life that he takes the role of ‘Elder’ quite comfortably.
